We are Kim S Golding Ltd. a provider of a range of consultation, training, therapy and services. We aim to support those who are caring and working with children affected by relational trauma. We are a limited company and our registered address is 25 Barbourne Rd. Worcester WR1 1RU, UK.

Kim S Golding Ltd. will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We take your privacy seriously.

How do we collect information from you?

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, and when you use our website.

Information you provide through our website: this includes your information such as your name and email address when you correspond with us through our contact form.

Information collected automatically: this includes your IP address, your operating system, browser type and country, used for security. This data is anonymised.

Why we need your data

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with our services, and correspond with you. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with your data

We use the data you provide on the contact form to correspond with you. We may use your information to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us.

We use anonymised data collected automatically for security reasons and to make sure the website can be viewed by as many people as possible.

All the personal data we process is processed by us in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting, email hosting and maintenance this information may be located on servers outside the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Data submitted on the contact form is not stored on the website but rather emailed to us directly.

Kim S Golding Ltd. does not process data from those under 16 without explicit permission from a parent of guardian.
